I am having something for you. Go through it. Career Opportunities:
Once you have completed your course for jewellery designing, there will be ample of opportunities in both the private and public sectors both. There are government departments such as Museums, Antique Houses, Mines and many more. The government also runs test through UPSC SSC PSC, etc. Apart from the public sector there are ample of opportunities in the private sector of a jewellery designer. You can choose either of the below mentioned places:
Gem Retailing
Research and Development Organizations
Educational Institutions
Garments and Design Firms

Gold or ornament design is a part of jewellery design. You can apply to the following colleges in order to pursue the course:
1. Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery, Delhi
2. Gemological Institute of India, Mumbai
3. Indian Institute of Jewellery, Mumbai
4. Pearl Academy of Fashion (Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Noida)
5. ARCH Academy of Design, Jaipur.

Hello Asim,
Under design specialization, you can opt for courses like interior design, textile/ apparel, visual merchandising, footwear, fashion communication and styling, fashion technology, etc. It is always better to go for a course that interests you. I hope you will find this information helpful.

You can look for some sales/marketing jobs in jewellery designing firms. With your experience, you can start your own work or become a freelancer. It the worst case you will always have the option to shift into any other field related to business administration because of your Master's degree (MBA). But since the jewellery designing and business administration could be a combination little less available, I personally feel you can do well there.
The choice is yours.

Basically, it varies from college to college. But, likewise, the course fee for interior designing can be INR 1,10,000 per annum or maybe even less. So, do let me know about the colleges you have in mind.
