After filling form Candidates will receive confirmation that their application has been successfully submitted. This confirmation may come in the form of an email or a notification on the application portal,  Each candidate is assigned a unique application number upon submission. This number serves as a reference for all future communications and interactions with the examination authority. Candidates will be informed about the date, time, and venue of the JENPAS UG examination. This information is crucial for candidates to make necessary arrangements and appear for the exam on the scheduled date. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website using their application number and other required details. The admit card contains essential information such as the candidate's name, roll number, exam center details, and exam instructions. 

Applicants must complete the application form by providing personal, academic, and contact information, among other details. It is also recommended that applicants review the qualifying requirements prior to completing the application. On February 23, 2024, the JEXPO 2024 application form was made available. Upload the scanned papers in the required size and format, including the passport-size photo and signature. Since candidates won't be given the opportunity to change their information, all information submitted on the application form must be accurate. May 31, 2024, is the deadline for submitting the application. Fill out the application, submit it, and print a copy for your records. Online submission of the application fee is available for JEXPO 2024.Applicants may use a debit card to pay the cost.

Some of the DO's for the candidates for the JEXPO 2025 exam as per the brochure are mentioned below:It is advised that the candidates read all the instructions carefully before filling out the application form.Fill in the boxes with English capital letters.Mention the date of birth carefully, as instructed.Candidates should use recent photographs.The father's or guardian's name of the candidate and a complete mailing address with the correct postal PIN code number should be written.The candidate should use their full signature in the specified place on the application form.Mention the zone code correctly in the application form.Keep a print copy of the filled-in application form.Candidates should write the Question Booklet No. in the specified places on both the OMR Answer Sheet and Attendance Sheet.After the completion of the examination, the candidate should submit the OMR sheet to the invigilator.Don'ts are as follows:Candidates are advised not to sign in capital letters.Don't attest to the photograph.Don't overwrite anywhere in the signature.Don't bring a mobile phone, calculator, or any other electronic gadget inside the examination hall.

As per the eligibility,  there is no age limit to appear in the JEXPO exam. Candidates appearing for the exam must have secured minimum 35% marks in 10th class. Applicant should be an Indian citizen to appear for the JEXPO exam. The eligibility criteria comprise age limit, Nationality, education qualification and others. Check below the information related to the eligibilty criteria:Nationality of the candidate: Candidates should be Indian citizens. Age criteria: No upper age limit. But the candidate’s date of birth should not be after 01.07.2008. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination from anyrecognisedboard. Candidates who are appearing in their 10th class are also eligible to apply. Marks criteria: Candidates must have secured 35% marks in their 10th class. 

The exam authorities do not release the JEXPO application form offline. It is released online only. The authority releases the JEXPO application form in offline mode in the form of a PDF. Candidates looking to fill out the JEXPO application form in offline mode need to keep some points in mind. They are mentioned below:Name of the candidate to be filled up by leaving one box blank between first name, middle name and last name.Candidates have to specify whether seeking admission under the Tuition Fee Waiver scheme.Darken the corresponding oval related to the gender, whether male of female.Specify Nationality by darkening the corresponding oval.Specify Religion by darkening the corresponding oval.Specify whether the ward of Ex-Serviceman - Yes/No.Valid Kanyashree Enrolee writes their enrollment number.Mention the Aadhar number in the JEXPO application form (If available).Specify SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate issuing state - West Bengal or other state. Mention the zone code of first and second choice of exam centres.Specify the roll number of the Madhyamik/equivalent examination.
