Your chances of getting a seat in Kolkata with a JEXPO rank of 3200 in the general category are slim. According to the JEXPO 2022 cutoffs, the lowest rank for getting a seat in Kolkata in the general category was 1700. However, the cutoffs may vary slightly in 2023, so it is possible that you could get a seat if you are lucky. You can check the JEXPO 2023 cutoffs once they are released to know for sure.
