Generally, mass recruiters hire a lot of students from JGEC. If you want to get 20-40 LPA jobs, then go to some better college/university, IITs, NITs, or top private engineering colleges. If you are okay with the 3.5 - 4 LPA job that a generally mass recruiter offers then you can join. Other than this all depends on how hard you work. If you work hard then you can get a job offer of 7-8 LPA in the same mass recruiter companies but that is for the top 1%.
