Before opting for Maharashtra, INSTITUTE being the most important as this is a degree in which you will be getting the placements at the end of your 2 years so only a good institute can ensure you a job so please check for their placement records from previous years before opting for the institute and I believe TISS Mumbai and IIHMR are the best options.
