The selection at the BIT Mesra is solely based on the candidates JEE Main cutoff and the marks obtained in the class 10th and 12th. Counseling for the seats is done as per the JoSAA/CSAB norms. For NRI/FS candidates, selection will be based on the marks obtained in Class 12 or equivalent. BIT Mesra is a deemed university situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It is approved by PCI, AICTE, UGC, and NBA. Admissions at BIT Mesra for the academic year 2022 has begun. The university is inviting applications for UG & PG courses through its official website. BIT Mesra cutoff for the B.Tech programme has not been released yet. As per the JoSSA 2021 cutoff, CSE admissions at closed at 11521 JEE Main rank (General category). The admissions for the B.Tech CSE opened at 409 All India General Category rank.

This includes the following: Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English Physics Chemistry Mathematics, and a minimum aggregate of 60%. Must have scored a minimum rank in JEE Main exam as per the institute requirements. Jamshedpur Co-operative College, Jamshedpur is situated on the bank of river Swarnarekha towards its south in Circuit House Area of East Singhbhum District of famous Jamshedpur town of Jharkhand. The famous Jubilee Park and Jamshedpur Zoological Park are situated towards its south east half km from the College. Jamshedpur town is well connected to the capital town Ranchi through NH-33 road as well as Rail and is situated 130 kms towards south. The Tatanagar Railway Station is 7.1 km away from Jamshedpur Co-operative College, Jamshedpur towards south and the Tatanagar Railway Station is situated on main line and connected with several main cities of the Country.
