As per placements, it is not fixed. The highest package for B.A. students at JSPC Jindal was INR 21 Lakh per annum. The college also has tie ups with great organisations and they provide great opportunities for internships to students. Every year, many well known recruiters visit the campus. The top recruiting companies are American Express, Dabur, Edelweiss Securities, HDFC Bank, etc.

Admission to the Jindal School of Psychology and Counselling (JSPC) is mainly based on entrance exams:Undergraduate courses: Admission to undergraduate courses is based on JSAT, SAT, ACT, LSAT, and Jindal PMAT scores.Postgraduate courses: Admission to postgraduate courses is based on Jindal PMAT scores.
