Jiwaji University admissions for BSc course is merit-based. Students need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admissions. The eligibility criteria is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate with the compulsory subject as mentioned by the schools offering the respective programme. If any candidate leaves the programme or desires to cancel his/ her admission before the last date of admission,  the fee will be returned to him/her after deducting 10% of the admission fees deposited. Only caution money will be refunded if a candidate leaves the programme after the said date.In case where candidates have given an undertaking to the effect that their admission may be cancelled in case they fail to produce their result of qualifying exam with required eligibility percentages by the last date of admission, they will not get any refund of admission fee except the caution money.

Jiwaji University BA course admission is entirely merit-based for the academic year 2024. The admissions are made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Class 12 examination. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for bonafide SC/ ST/ OBC applicants of MP and, PhysicallyChallenged candidates. 45% aggregate in the qualifying exam, if seats remain vacant) can get admission to the BA programme. However, according to the prospectus released by the University for the year 2022, the University accepted the CUET UG scores.

Jiwaji University BA admission dates 2024 have been announced by the University. The application forms are already closed for the academic year 2024 and, the first admission list for BA admission at Jiwaji University will be declared on Jun 25, 2024.

Reservation of seats in BA course offered by the Jiwaji University will be in accordance with the policy of Madhya Pradesh Government. Jiwaji University BA application fees of INR 1,000 (INR 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates) together with INR 200 registration per subject has to be paid through MP Online. For every course, the registration fee of INR 200 per course/ subject has to be paid along with the application fees of INR 1,000 at the kiosk centre.
