As far as I know, there is no special treatment for an RGUKTian in EAMCET. I am listing the past years cutoff ranks at JNUTU Anantpur. You should get an idea of what ranks you need. Please check the branch as the closing ranks vary for each branch, and yes I am listing for General category, since I don't know which category you are belonging to.
