Candidates willing to get admission to BTech at JNTUH must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Aspirants who passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with 45% aggregate or Aspirants with a 3-year Diploma and a valid ECET rank are eligible to apply for admission to BTech at JNTUH. Only those who fulfil this minimum educational requirements will be able to appear for TS EAMCET exam.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) offers its flagship programme B.Tech for a duration of four years in 24 different specializations.
