Refer last year's question papers to know the pattern and to even have an idea about how much a chapter is important.
Added to that, you can take online tests also.
You need to get a rank around 1600 to get into JNTU. But, if you need a good branch even, you must surely get a rank below 1000.

Hi Sushruth,
It solely depends on your rank.
As you hold good percentage in IPE and have 100+ marks in EAMCET, you can surely try to get a seat in JNTU.
