Getting a good EAMCET rank will obviously fetch you to this college for fee and all, go to the institute's profile, where in you will be able to find the details of your fee.

Refer last year's question papers to know the pattern and to even have an idea about how much a chapter is important.
Added to that, you can take online tests also.
You need to get a rank around 1600 to get into JNTU. But, if you need a good branch even, you must surely get a rank below 1000.

It solely depends on your rank.
As you hold good percentage in IPE and have 100+ marks in EAMCET, you can surely try to get a seat in JNTU.
