There is no fixed syllabus for JNU Entrance Exam. However, the questions asked in the entrance are usually based on his educational qualification. For example in the entrance exam of BA in geography, the questions asked are of nature which a student who has studied geography in HSC can answer easily. Similarly, for entrance in BA in International Relations, a student should have basic knowledge of political science and good command of contemporary world politics. The same pattern is followed for other courses and for other entrance exams of JNU. One can also download previous year papers from the JNU website or can buy it from bookshop

Hi,
There is no fixed syllabus for JNU Entrance Exam. However, the questions asked in the entrance are usually from the last studied degree course. For example in entrance exam of M.A. In geography, the questions asked are of nature which a student who has studied geography in his graduation can answer easily. The Syllabus is as follows, English 25.00% Reading skills, Grammar and Vocabulary Analytical and Quantitative Ability 25.00%Numbers, Algebra, the highest Common Factor (HCF) and the lowest Common Multiple (LCM), Calendar, Basic Statistics - Average, Ratio and proportion, Profit and Loss, Percentages, Simple and Compound Interest, Work and time, Discount, Age sums, linear equations, elementary trigonometry. Data Interpretation, Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, brainteasers, and patterns General Studies- 4 sections 50.00%Indian Economy, Indian Society and Culture, World Affairs and Environment and Ecology.

Yes, the syllabus has been changed by the University. There are 100 objective questions now with no negative marking the time is 3 hours. You can study English with Raymond Murphy's intermediate or advance book. For GK, Manorama year book and splendid GK. You should also prepare for reasoning cover topics like artificial language, relationship, etc. can also try to solve 10 years previous questions papers. For cluster, you can study by Wikipedia and make a chart about countries (Those clusters you have been selected) like the biggest city, capital, currency, famous leaders, monuments, singers and many more.

Hi Shyamal!
If you want to prepare for JNUEE in M.A. Hindi, then you should solve all the previous year problems. You can get it from the nearby markets. Also these are available online via Flipkart and amazon. Also, give some online tests as well to keep preparations high.
