The candidates should have passed 12th (10+2) or an equivalent examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any state board or any recognised educational board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks along with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects. All the SC/ ST candidates will get a relaxation of 5% marks. The candidates should clear JEE MAIN or RPET (Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test) to get admission in the B.Tech programs. This is the admission criteria for B.Tech branch. According to your marks, you can easily get admission in it. Do like if the answer is helpful.

Since both the colleges are similarly great, I truly lean towards you ought to go for mechanical or any center branch in IIT (ISM) as after it got moved up to an IIT the school arrangements has expanded even from previously and countless are going to the grounds for grounds enlistment. So, its better that you pick a superior branch where possible, in fact, there's extremely very little contrast between these two.

Dear Alok,
Yes, you can but then it depends upon the cut off and your score in CLAT. In case there is some issue try for admission in some good private universities like LPU, ICFAI, SRM, etc. where the admission criteria is going to be through ISAT and CLAT. Their own test or marks in class 12. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Check their websites for more details.

NLU-D would be a better choice. It has location advantage, faculty and placement is far more better than Jodhpur. I highly recommend you to join Delhi, however, there are few people in my college who had opted for Jodhpur above Delhi.

No, you are not eligible to take admission due to your rank.
But you can apply for other IHMs or you can check the website of NCHMCT cutoff list of last year to get an idea.

Go for MBM Jodhpur. NIT Manipur is at very lower rank, whereas MBM Jodhpur is a top-ranked college or Rajasthan. It is also a favourable industrial location and better than Manipur in terms of placements and academics. Best of luck.

Hello Mahesh,
I think it is not dependent on your rank. It depends on your score of JEE Mains. As you got 42000 rank, so you got almost 80 to 100 marks. But with these marks, you cannot get CSE in general category. If you are an SC or ST category student, then you have a chance. But you can try for other lower rank courses here. So good luck for your future.
Thanks.
