JoSAA

Candidates who qualified for JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced can participate in JoSAA 2025. The JoSAA 2025 seat allotment results will be released in online mode after every round. Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, and availability of seats. After the declaration of the seat allotment results, JoSAA releases cutoffs separately for every round. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority will release Rounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 cutoffs on the official website at josaa.nic.in. 

If a candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotted to him or her, then they will have options (Floating, Freezing, or Sliding) to proceed further. Scroll down to know about the floating option.Floating: Basically, this option is for those candidates who wish to accept the offered seat but are also looking for a seat in a better or higher preferred college or course.

To check the JoSAA Cutoff, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:Visit the official website at josaa.nic.in.Click on the “eServices” option on the homepage and then select the “OR- CR” option.A new page will be displayed on the screen.Candidates need to now select round, institute type, institute name, academic programme, and seat type/ category.Now, click on the “submit” button.JoSAA cutoff will appear on the screen as opening and closing ranks.

After completing registration in JoSAA, candidates need to fill in their choices of branches and colleges in order of preference. According to the qualifications of candidates, the available choices for admission will be listed.
