Hello candidate, According to your mentioned percentile your JEE Main general category rank will be around 1.1 Lacs, With this rank you have negligible chances of getting any NITs, IITs or GFITs. You might get aeronautical engineering at top private universities through JEE Main or management quota. LPU, Manipal institute of technology, MIT world peace University offers B.Tech in aeronautical engineering.

As per JOSAA/JAM norms, partial Blocking fee is refunded if the candidate withdraws before the final round of admission. No refund of fee is allowed if withdrawal is after the final round of admission.

Yes, You are eligible to sit in JoSAA counselling even if you are not qualified for JEE Advance. In JoSAA counselling, it doesn't matter whether you have qualified for JEE Advance or not. Anyone who has given JEE Mains can sit in JoSAA counselling and try their luck. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSAA is responsible for conducting the counselling process for admission to B.Tech courses in various colleges across India. According to an article on Shiksha. Com, JoSAA colleges include 23 IITs, 32 NITs, 26 IIITs and 33 GFTIs located across India. You can get Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in IITs, NITs and other colleges under JoSAA counselling. The candidate should have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Class 12th or any equivalent course. While for SC/ST/OBC candidates, the aggregate percentage should be 40% in Class 12th or any equivalent course. This is the only JoSAA 2023 reservation for SC candidates that they must make note of.

Absolutely yes! It is possible to change your Certificate from OBC-CL to OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) category at the time of JoSAA counseling. However, you will need to have the required documents and follow the prescribed procedure to do so. To change your category, you will need to provide a valid OBC-NCL Certificate issued on or after 1st April of the ongoing year. If this Certificate is in a language readable by the authorities, they'll accept it. I've seen my friends submitting their state format certificates without any issue. So don't worry it's accepted almost everywhere.

Yes, They do! These certificates are verified and signed digitally so they're accepted everywhere but some colleges I've seen, they ask for Original ones. You can get a copy of the same from CBSE duplicate certificates website.
