Hello Shivam, National testing agency announcers ranking after the end of examination that have been planned to be conducted on the basis of best of four in this year. NDA announces ranking on an overall basis without taking any reservation for category into account and this is called as CRL rank. NDA also gives out category wise ranking if you are from one of those categories. There is otherwise no relation between these rankings. All depends on inter-se-merit of the students. The NIRF ranking of NIT Raipur for engineering is 63. While 15 is for SVNIT Surat. So SVNIT Surat is the best for pursuing B.Tech Electrical course.
