Hi Ashok, To take the advantage of the domicile quota - To take admission to another state quota you need to submit domicile certificate. But if you from the same state then Your class 12 admit card will act as your domicile certificate. And also class 10 admit card and marksheet is necessary.

Yes, registration is required for special round. Register at CSAB official website for JoSAA special rounds.

You can try for new IIIT like IIIT Ranchi, etc. Or GFTI colleges or NIT Srinagar or eastern side NITS.

You can try for NIT Srinagar or Eastern side NITS in chemical engineering.
