It depends on the college in which you wish to apply. The fees of government colleges will vary from Rs. 11,659 to Rs. 1,10,000 for the entire course. However, fees for mass communication courses offered by private universities will vary from Rs. 2.5 to Rs. 3.5 Lacs for the entire course.

Usually government colleges offer the course at much lower fees the Deemed or private universities. fees also depend upon whether the course is self financed or regular. starting fees of this course is from 20000rs per year to 3,00,000or more .
