Mass communication in India BY Kewal J Kumar, Handbook of Journalism and Mass Communication by Vir Bala Agarwal, Arihant Guide for Mass Communication Entrance (by Arihant Publication).

Both the institutes are good in their own ways. But considering your choice, Journalism, I would suggest AAFT. They have BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, which is more journalism centric.
Whereas the course SXCKOL offers is mass communication-centric and journalism, as you know, is a part of mass communication.
I would suggest you visit the websites of the institues and look at the syllabus. Then you decide.

There are no good coaching institutes for mass communication and journalism. You should be updated with current affairs and general knowledge to get in any college that offers journalism and mass communication.
