Hi,
In most colleges for BA Journalism - Entrance exam is must. It is Mid-August already - the admissions are mostly over now. You have not mentioned the state you are from - you can check colleges in your area if there are still seats available for admission. Dropping of years / Gap in Academic years to matter at the time of Counselling (lesser impact) but placements (higher impact).
