Admission to BA Journalism programme starts after the results for 10+2 examination are declared. Ideally, the process begins in the month of May, when various institutes invite application from prospective students. Definitely BA Media and mass communication will be best choice in terms of Anchoring, RJ and to be independent journalist/employed journalist it has wide scope. But, if you are determined to become RJ/hosting/anchoring only go for Diploma in RJ and News reading from Delhi University. All the Best for your future.

No there is no entrance exam to get admitted into BA in Journalism program. The admission is based on the score in public exam (12th/+2).
