Joy University offers a full-time 3 year BSc course in more than 20 specialisation. The total tuition fee of the BSc course ranges from INR 2.40 Lacs to INR 4.50 lakh. Candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% in aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% in every subject (Biology, Mathematics /Statistics, Physics and Chemistry).

Joy University BTech admission is based on marks obtained in JOYAT or JEE Main, followed by counselling. Candidates who have secured more than 80 percentile in the JEE Main exam are eligible for direct admission. Candidates must also fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Maths, Physics, Chemistry and English as mandatory subjects with a minimum of 60% in PCM aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% in every subject.

Joy University MBA programme is a full-time, 2-year course offered in 7 specialisations. Candidates are selected for the MBA course based on the marks secured in JOYAT, followed by a personal interview. Candidates also need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The eligibility criteria is that the students must have a bachelor's degree (minimum 3-year duration) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% in every subject.
