No, colleges such as JSS Academy of Technical Education, Galgotias University, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT), Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), and Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU) are not a part of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSAA counselling process.
