I think you should try for some other college also as you have scored really nice in CAT and CET. I don't think that there is any need to repeat the exam.

This is relative. So, one cannot predict fall pattern for this year. This could also move up as it is relative to all candidates performance irrespective of the cut-off once should try to score 95 + percentile to secure admission in top 20 institutes.

I don't know about any other college. In SIESCOMS, the cut-off for MS was 98%ile last year. So chances in SIESCOMS for MS are low.

First of all cut off depends solely on the highest number of marks obtained by an individual and it changes every year accordingly. But looking at the past records you need a minimum 110 to secure a seat in DJ Sanghvi whereas around 100 would do for KJ Somaiya. Secondly DJ Sanghvi provides you a BE degree whereas KJ Somaiya will give you a BTech degree. Labs are really clean and tidy in both these colleges. Also I would like to tell you is look how convenient a college is for you in terms of travelling purposes. I would suggest you to read the reviews of both the colleges and then take the best decision. Hope this helps. All the best!
