The application process at K.K. Wagh Institute involves:Online (Rs. 500 registration fee) between May to July. Entry of few personal as well as academic details into the application form available at the university’s website. It is also necessary to upload certain documents – photocopy of 10th and 12th marksheets, the marks that are obtained in an entrance examination, etc. Selecting most favourable branches out of the eight options. Traveling for CAP rounds, at least 3-4 times Counselling. Verifying documents. Seat allocation: 50% MHT CET, 30% JEE Main, 20% at Institute level.

To become a part of the K.K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research, the candidate must fulfill the eligibility requirements (10+2, 50% aggregate) as well as obtain qualifying marks in MHT-CET (150+), JEE Main (75+percentile). He/she must register online (Rs. 500 application fee), attend counselling (CAP rounds) and get documents verified. The college has an admission intake of 1,200 students/year and so eligible candidates (10+2, PCMB) can apply in the duration of May-July. The allotment of seats is done through a few (3-4) counselling rounds: 50% MHT-CET, 30% JEE Main and 20% institute MAIN.
