Presidency is a new college established in 2015 and hence none of the CSE batches have passed out yet but the MBAs got a lot of good companies like Thomson Reuters, Zoom cars, etc. Hence, Presidency would be a good option.

Presidency hasn't had any pass outs from the CSE department as it was established in 2015. But looking at the students from the MBA department who have been doing their internship in companies like Thomson Reuters, Zoom Car etc., I'd say that the placement for you would be very good.

I guess, your rank is 38k, not 380000. Yeah, you will get admission but you can choose lower branch of high rank colleges and change after 1st year.

If she is looking for Electrical and Electronics Engineering, she may get admission through CET allotment. If she is looking for other branches of engineering, she can avail the seats through management quota since her ranking in CET is not in the range of previous year's ranking. The fee is Rs. 55,000+30,000 = Rs. 85,000 for candidates coming through lateral entry CET.
Lateral Entry for Diploma students to BE is done only through CET in Karnataka, No management seats are allowed.

You must have written any one entrance test for engineering. It could be COMED-K Examination, JEE or state-wise entrance test.
