Infrastructure and Academics:-Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education is situated in Krishnankovil. It has a good and green campus. It is far from the main city. Its campus is expanded in 400 acres. It has good academic faciities. Faculties are also very supportive and educated. Their syllabus is also updated time to time. There are various courses for various departments like B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Arch, M.Tech and others.Placements:- Their is a placement cell which helps the students to achieve their dream package in dream companies. They need a minimum 7.5 CGPA to seat in all companies. The highest package of this college is 30 LPA which is fantastic and if we talk about the average package then that is 3.9 LPA. I can't say that this is the best college in Virudhnagar but undoubtedly it is one of the best college in the whole district.

Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education has concluded its placements for the year 2022. However, the official data is yet to be released by the University. As per NIRF Report 2022, the median package offered to UG Students was INR 4.5 LPA and PG Students was INR 5.02 LPA .Around 1400 UG and 212 PG Students got placed. the highest CTC offered stood at INR 30 LPA . Top recruiters areIBM, TCS, Amazon, Wipro, Accenture and many more. The highest paying job at psr engineering College is an associate professor with a salary of Rs. 4.4 Lacs per annum. The top 10% of employees earn more than 5 laksh per annum. Internships are available in this college.Therefore Kasalingam is better than PSR.
