The process of admission in the Kalinga University is on the basis of the merit list of the students, it's not so hard to take admission in the University but not so simple too. University takes its entrance exam names KALSEE (Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam), it is a computer based test which is conducted in various cities of India and passing marks for this exam is about 50% marks ( exam has no negative marking). A student with minimum 40% marks in 12th is applicable for filling of admission form in Kalinga University so 60% marks in 12th is also eligible for B.Sc in the admission in the university.

The eligibility criteria at Kalinga University is based on the merit list of students and it varies from course to course.The student who has passed his/her graduation B.Sc with minimum of 40% marks is eligible for the admission and then he has to pass an entrance exam of Kalinga University named KALSEE ( Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam). The admission seats in the university varies from course to course in the university. The student who has passed his/her 12th with 45% marks can apply for admission. The university conducts it's own entrance exam KALSEE (kalinga Scholastic entrance exam) for admission in various courses, and the number of seats in B.Sc depends on various factors such as how many students has applied for the B.Sc programme and it may vary time to time and depends on some factors such as vailabilityof seats, eligibility criteria, and the number of applicant's actions received by the university in that year .

Kalinga University is one of the best universities in Raipur and having NAAC B+ grade listed Rank band 150-200 in university category in NIRF Ranking 2021.University has good infrastructure with 35 acres wide area . Campus has green parks, library halls, gym hall, ATM, grocery, barbar's shop etc. They have big ground for football and cricket games. Selection process for admission in BSC at Kalinga University is as follows.Application: Candidates need to fill the online application form available on the university's official website which is Kalingauniversity.ac.in .Eligibility: For B.Sc, 12th pass with minimum 40% marks and an entrance exam KALSEE (kalinga Scholastic entrance exam ) University's own entrance test and it is not compulsory to pass CUET exam for admission in the university. The fee structure is different for different courses. For a student who wants to take admission in Kalinga University in UG, he or she has to be pass in the 12th with minimum of 40% marks and then he will have to appear and pass the Kalinga University's own entrance exam named KALSEE (Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam) then he/she can apply for the admission in UG in the University. The fee structure is different for different courses for example fee expenses for the B.Sc is about RS 60,950 per annum and it's about 1.81 Lakhs for 3 years ( i.e full course fee) and for BA it's about RS 90,900 per annum.

The admission process in Kalinga University is quite simple. A student who wants to take admission in BSC can apply for that just he has to be passed in the 12th with the minimum of 40% marks from any recognised board in India and from other country, there is a University's own entrance exam KALSEE (Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam) for students and the students who passes that entrance exam are eligible for the admission in BSC at Kalinga University. The KALSEE entrance exam is not very hard to pass, as per 2022 the student who takes 50% marks in the KALSEE entrance exam has passed it and take their seats in the university.

For a student who wants to take admission in Kalinga University in MSC, he or she has to be pass in the graduation (Bsc) with minimum of 40% marks and then he will have to appear and pass the Kalinga University's own entrance exam named KALSEE (Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam) then he/she can apply for the admission in M.Sc in the Kalinga University. The Fee expenses for the admission in MSC in the university is about 1.20 Lakhs per annum and it's about 2.80 Lakhs for 2 years ( i.e full course fee) .
