Raipur's Kalinga University is normally categorised as a Tier 2 university. Even though it has made progress in strengthening its academic and research capacities and provides a broad range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs across numerous fields, it does not yet have the same level of national and international reputation as Tier 1 universities. Rather of competing on a worldwide scale, Kalinga University concentrates on offering high-quality education with a focus on employability and practical skills, particularly catering to regional and national students.
