Both are decent, but in terms of placements Amity University, Raipur is better. Think in terms of what you are looking for in that institute to learn. Don't just blindly go for any institute. Do some research, find the area which you want to specialize in, etc.

The university employs anti-social and too harsh. Innocent student's ragging is day to day activities. In law department, medical officers, police officers managers of MNC are enrolled for regular courses by paying lakes of rupees and getting degrees without attending a single class.

It actually doesn't matter, Ph.D. from any university is almost the same, surely less then IITs and IISc and international university it all depends on how good your research is, but yes it depends on the college so seek the faculty list, nothing else matters see how good is your guide, even top college have bad guide and AVG. One have experienced one, so check the availability of guide and there quality.

If you are not getting any better college than Kalinga University, Raipur then you may proceed. They will provide knowledge but placement will be not good as per your expectations.

You should take this college, as this is the best college of this region. Plus, the fees of this college is quiet competitive INR. 5 Lacs for the 4 years including all the charges, plus the average pack of this college is INR. 3.5 Lacs that is quite good.
