Kamdhenu University is one of the eminent universities. The university was established in 2009 by the Government of Gujarat. For the development of the Veterinary and Animal Sciences including Dairy, Fisheries, and Allied Sciences, the university came into existence. The idea was to establish the university as a teaching and affiliating university for conducting need-based research, furthering the advancement of learning.
