Both the DPharm course and the BPharm programme have similar basic eligibility requirements, which include candidates must qualify for their Class 12 from the PCM/PCB stream. The selection process is based on the scores candidates achieved in the JEE CUP entrance examination. However, there are some vacant seats that candidates can secure through direct admission but for that too, candidates are required to fulfil certain eligibility criteria.

The tuition fees for BPharm courses at KIT Kanpur range from INR 1.8 Lacs to INR 2.5 lakh,  and the tuition fees for BPharm at  PSIT Kanpur range from INR 2.5 Lacs to INR 4.4 lakh. Conclusively, the tuition fees of KIT Kanpur are more affordable compared to the PSIT Kanpur.
