When it comes to B.Tech, I would always suggest PSIT over all other colleges mentioned by you. The course curriculum of B.Tech students is designed so well and they have pretty well educated faculty to provide the students with the best possible education. HBTU longer a part of UPTU since 2017, it is now became a deemed university. They will not accept your admission on the basis of UPSEE rank. They are accepting scores in JEE Mains for admissions.
