No, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is not free for international teachers. Though some students may be given an exception from paying the tution fee in case they are DAAD scholarship holders or are citizens of one of the member states of AKP or citizens of one of the least developed countries on the UN-list . Fee for undergraduate/bachelor's degree that is paid by international students at KIT is €1,500 per semester .
