Candidates who pass the Karnataka PGCET exam are eligible to participate in the documenty verification process. Those who get their documents verified are eligible for the centralised counselling for admissions based on Karnataka PGCET ranks.KEA typically conducts the Karnataka PGCET counselling in the month of January. The official website of KEA hosts the Karnataka PGCET counselling schedule soon after the exam results are declared.

The inter-se merit list is prepared by the exam conducting authority when two or more candidates secure the same marks or exact merit position. If a situation were to come then the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) would prepare the inter-se merit list for Karnataka PGCET based on the Total or aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying exam which in this case is the graduation degree.If the marks are still equal then the age is taken into consideration and the preference is given to the older candidate over the younger one.Thank you.
