1. Karnataka Category I students can apply with only 45% of their graduation.
2. Around 90 percent of seats in colleges are available for Karnataka state applicants.

No, one cannot apply for an M.Tech at the Manipal Institute of Technology using the Karnataka PGCET scores. To apply for MIT, you need to appear in either the GATE or the Manipal Entrance Exam (MET). Other colleges that accept the Karnataka PGCET include the RV College of Engineering, the Bangalore Institute of Technology, and the National Institute of Engineering.

1. You have not entered the correct login credentials to download the admit card. In this case, the procedure is to visit the official website, click on the tab for admit cards, and enter the correct application number and date of birth. It should show "Download your admit card" after submitting.

Yes, if you submit your application then you need to go the head office of PGCET and talk to officer you do not submit fees for reason and request to please submit the fees
They have the authority to accept or not.
