No, direct admission is not applicable for M.Ed at Kashmir University. Candidates must appear and qualify for KUET entrance exam, which is conudcted by the university for admission to all its PG courses. To appear for this exam, candidates must fill a registration form on the official website of the university and appear for the exam as per the defined timeline.

To get admission to M.Ed course at Kashmir University, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates gradutaed with B.Ed and having a valid work experience are eligible to apply for M.Ed course at Kashmir University. The final admission to this course is offered based on candidates' performance in Kashmir University Entrance Test. The hardcopy of the filled-out application along with INR 750 including IT fee (non-refundable) fee payment receipt and a copy of important documents has to be sent to the Office of the College Development Council.

For courses like MBA, M Pharma, BTech and MTech, you have to submit your CMAT, GPAT, JEE Mains and GATE scores. For other courses you have to give a separate entrance exam conducted by the University and based on your merit you will get admission.
