As per the NIRF report 2024, out of 103 Integrated PG graduates 43 were placed successfully during the 2023 drive. This makes the placement rate 42%. Earlier, 37% of the batch was placed in 2022. Cluster University of Srinagar is a relatively new institution and, as a result, its placement record is not as established as that of Kashmir University. While Cluster University has a placement cell that organizes campus interviews with companies from various industries, the placement prospects are still expected to improve in the future. The average salary package offered to students from Cluster University Srinagar is around INR 5 lakh, and some of the top companies that have visited the university for placements include Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, and Microsoft. On the other hand, Kashmir University, being a more established institution, may have a stronger network with a potentially more robust placement record.
