The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, Manipal Academy of Higher Education other than General category are - 13847 for OBC, 13847 for SC, 13847 for ST, 13847 for EWS, 13847 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 53905 and closing rank was 63078. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, Manipal Academy of Higher Education is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET.
