The faculty generally receives positive feedback from students. The institute is accredited by NAAC with an 'A' grade,   defining it's high faculty quality. However, some reviews mention concerns about HR policies and workload, suggesting areas for improvement in the overall work environment. So the faculty members at KCC are great but sometime expactations may not meet the reality.
