Yes, for admission to BE courses at RNS Institute of Technology, Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) Seat Allotment Results are accepted. Yes, we can consider KCET's rank between 25,000 to 50,000  a good rank. you can get averagely good colleges with that rank. Do register yourself for the counselling.

I would suggest you to Contact the Exam Conducting Authority and Check the Result Declaration Notice. Remember, contacting the relevant authorities is crucial to resolve this issue.  I think you must first contact the authority as they are ones to responsible for why it happening.
