Yes, you can attend both KCET and NATA. It would important for a candidate to register for KCET in order to attend counseling process conducted by state exam authority for a government merit seat.

This autonomous college of Bangalore, Karnataka charges quite reasonable fees for it's Bachlor of engineering courses. For full course it charges fees of around Rs. 2.6Lacs. Remember that fees of all engineering colleges are now decided annually by a committee headed by a HC judge. So these days fees are dependent on different facilities provided by the college. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of this college.
