Hello Gangadhar,
Acharya Institute of Technology is a very well known Institute in Bangalore. It admits students based on KCET or COMEDK rankings. Closing ranks of aeronautical engineering branch has closed around 10000 KCET rank. But then it is a dynamic figure and depends on students choices in the current year.

Dear,
It all depends on the rank you get in the entrance exam and if your rank is too good and below 20k, then you will definitely get chance in aeronautical engineering and coming to the fees. You are supposed to pay nearly 1 lakhs including hostel per year. So, I hope for the best and achieve it.
