Yes, you can get admission in KCET for B.Tech.
Eligibility criteria: You should have passed 10+2 level qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects and English as a language subject and studied Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Biology as an elective subject in class XII.
You need to get minimum aggregate of 45% (GEN Category) and minimum 40% (Other Categories) in class 12.

No, only domiciles of Karnataka are eligible. However, you can apply for COMEDK, entrance exam for private colleges in Karnataka.

Yes, you can appear for KCET in Karnataka, as there is no restriction on candidates from other states to appear for the KCET provided you qualify for the exam's eligibility criteria.
