It may be difficult to get a seat in a government college for B.Sc. agricultural or Horticulture if your KCET score is 50000 and your agricultural practical score is 8500. You could still be able to enroll in private colleges, though. The minimum requirements for admission vary from institution to college and are also influenced by things like the volume of applications, the level of exam difficulty, and the number of seats available. Maintaining your options open by submitting applications to several universities is always a good idea.

No, you cannot get BE Computer Science and Engineering in  BLDEA's V.P. Dr.P.G.Halakatti College of engineering and technologyas the the cutoff for BE Computer Science and Engineering was 28158.

It is difficult to get admission in a good college for B.Tech with 73 out of 240 in KCET and 407 marks out of 600 in PUC boards. However, you can still get admission in some colleges that offer direct B.Tech admission based on merit. you can do B.Tech without sitting for the entrance exam by enrolling in a college that offers direct B.Tech admission based on merits

The KCET cutoff for engineering colleges varies every year and depends on various factors like the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. However, with your rank, it might be difficult to get admission to top engineering colleges. You can check out the list of engineering colleges in Karnataka accepting KCET scores .

The cutoff rank for KCET varies every year and depends on various factors such as the number of students appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. However, based on your rank of 39980 in KCET, you can get admission to some colleges in CSE domain such as Sampoorna Institute of Technology and Research, Bangalore and Karavali Institute of Technology, Mangalore.
