Yes, there is a reservation and fee reduction for students belonging to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category in KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test). The cutoffs for the previous year's JEE Main KCET and REVA CET for B.Tech in Mechatronics at Reva University:
JEE Main : around 80,000 to 1,00,000. KCET around 15,000 to 20,000. REVA CET around 10,000 to 12,000. Please note that the cutoffs change every year according to the number of participants, difficulty level ect.

For admission in BVSC the candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in PCB. You how got a good score in PCB and you expect 127 marks in KCET are safe score to get a seat for BVSC.
