No, having qualified UGC NET is one of the admission prerequisites. If shortlisted, you need to qualify for the further selection process which includes a written test and a PI round.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, this college located in Chennai was formed way back in 1998. It offers lots of undergraduate courses and few post graduate courses also. Rather than answering your question in a limited sense, I would like to point out that at least at present in India the job opportunities in the sector of aviation or aeronautics are quite limited.  Indian government has taken lilliputian steps though this may snowball into big private capital in future but at least at the present it is still in the developing field.
