KEAM Process

A list of Course-College combinations available for allotments through the KEAM CAP will be displayed on the Option Registration page of the candidate based on the stream (s) the candidate is eligible for. For example, a candidate included only in the Engineering stream will see the Engineering courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- AE - Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, EC - Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.). Similarly, a candidate in the Medical Stream will see the Medical courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- MM-MBBS, MD-BDS, BA-BAMS etc.). A candidate eligible for both Engineering and Medical streams will see both Engineering and Medical courses. All the Colleges under the stream (s) applicable to the candidate will be shown with their respective three-letter codes (Eg:- TVE-College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, TVM-Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram etc.). 

Following are the types of steps available for KEAM application form:
Registration: In this step, candidates have to register online on the official website CEE Kerala - cee. Kerala. Gov. In. Candidates have to provide the basic details and create an application number and password to login at various stages of admission. Filling KEAM application form: Candidates have to provide their personal, educational, income, and reservation details in the application. Uploading of images: Next, they have to upload scanned images of photographs and signatures with the given dimensions. Photograph, signature and left thumb impression should be 150 pixels and 100 pixels in height with 10-30 kb. Paying the application fee: candidates have to pay the fee online. Taking a printout of the application form: After payment, candidates have to take a printout of the application form. Candidates must also note that proforma (s) should also be printed along with the application. Print out the application form should not be sent to the CEE office.

The KEAM 2023 seat allotment is based on the online options filed by the candidates. Candidates who do not register their options within the stipulated time are not considered for allotment under any circumstances. Candidates who have been shortlisted in KEAM rank list are eligible to appear in the trial seat allotment round. The allotment memo contains details such as name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment, details of fee to be paid and more. Candidates who receive KEAM 2023 seat allotment should remit the fee/balance fee as shown in the allotment memo, payable to CEE in any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment and should report before the college authorities to join the allotted college/course and remit the fee/ balance fee payable (if applicable) to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment.

The KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) counseling process is held in several rounds, and it is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala. The counseling process for KEAM is conducted in online mode. Here are the general steps involved in the KEAM counseling process:
1)Registration: Candidates who have qualified the KEAM entrance exam need to register themselves for the counseling process by visiting the official website of CEE, Kerala.
2)Document verification: After registration, candidates are required to visit the designated centers for document verification. They need to carry all the necessary documents like KEAM admit card, KEAM scorecard, category Certificate etc.
3)Option entry: After the document verification process, candidates need to fill their choices of colleges and courses as per their preferences. The options can be entered online through the official website of CEE, Kerala.
4)Seat allotment: Based on the choices filled by the candidates and the availability of seats, the seat allotment process is conducted. Candidates can check their seat allotment status on the official website.
5)Payment of fee: After seat allotment, candidates need to pay the required fee to confirm their admission to the allotted college. The payment can be made online through the official website. Reporting to the allotted college: Finally, candidates need to report to the allotted college as per the schedule and complete the admission formalities. Note that the counseling process for KEAM may vary depending on the year and the specific guidelines issued by the CEE, Kerala.
