The KEAM 2023 seat allotment is based on the online options filed by the candidates. Candidates who do not register their options within the stipulated time are not considered for allotment under any circumstances. Candidates who have been shortlisted in KEAM rank list are eligible to appear in the trial seat allotment round. The allotment memo contains details such as name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment, details of fee to be paid and more. Candidates who receive KEAM 2023 seat allotment should remit the fee/balance fee as shown in the allotment memo, payable to CEE in any of the Head Post Office

The counselling of KEAM is conducted by the Office of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Through KEAM counselling, candidates can seek admission into the KEAM participating colleges. Eligible candidates will be allotted seats through KEAM counselling on the basis of the KEAM rank list, marks data entered and availability of seats in a particular college. However, one cannot provide you with an accurate rank as it depends on various factors such as the number of students who appeared for the exam, their scores, and other factors. The KEAM cutoff for engineering courses will be released after the exam is conducted on May 17th and the result is out. No. KEAM cut-off marks are published in the form of last rank round-wise and category-wise. KEAM cutoff is available on the official website after each round of KEAM seat allotment. Candidates who obtain a score equal to the exam KEAM cut-offs will be allowed to participate in the KEAM counselling process. The KEAM cutoff list comprises the closing ranks of various participating colleges after each round of counselling. Candidates with ranks below the set KEAM cut-off will not be considered for admission.
