A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 10,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good medical college in Kerala. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Kerala NEET.

The Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE) Kerala or the counselling authority for Kerala NEET counselling will release the Kerala NEET 2024 cutoff after the conclusion of the counselling process. Moreover, after each round of counselling, a seat allotment list and merit list will be released, which will indicate the lowest rank or score at which a seat was offered, based on which the round-wise Kerala NEET cutoff can be calculated.

Candidates must take the NEET UG exam in order to be considered for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other medical or related programmes. It is not required to attend KEAM in order to take part in the Kerala NEET counselling procedure. While there is a unified registration process for KEAM and medical admission, applicants must appear and qualify for NEET in order to be admitted to MBBS, BDS, and related courses, according to the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala.
